If something doesn't look right or may require an exchange. Please contact us first before opening your purchase. Breaking of factory seal may cost it to become not refundable.
How to Prepare Your Item for Return Shipping
Get Return Authorization Number (RMA #)
Please contact us to receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) before it can be accepted. Any returns without authorization RMA will be delayed and possibly not be eligible for a refund after investigation inspection by in house staffer.

The described return article must receive within 10 business days after RMA# is issued.
How to pack your return item
Please pack the item in an appropriate-sized shipping box/carton and use bubble wrap or other packing filler to adequately protect the goods. (Recommended a minimum of 1 inch thickness surrounding spaces between the delivery carton from any return articles). It is your responsibility to protect and prevent the merchandise from further damages regarding all returns.

Please DO NOT place the shipping label directly onto the item retail packaging for return / exchange. This may result in rejection, or an added package recondition processing fee. A charge of $50.00 USD automatically subtracted from your final refund total. The reason because not all shipping labels can be easily removed from the merchandise which can worsens its condition, and causing it to become not restock able. Even if we can remove it. It would still require some very precise amount of workmanship to remove such labels without damages to the packaging.
In addition, if the item acquired additional damages during transit or received in less-than-original authorized return condition due to poor packaging. Your refund will result in a wastage fee deduction of 25% to you, or rejection back to the sender. This can be easily avoided with care return packing. Please help us reduce waste. Return Shipping Cost
If the reason for return is due to Akiba HQ's error or a factory damaged or defective product. We will cover any return shipping fees as long as the return is from a lower 48 States US address. And is completed through the Akiba HQ return option (a prepaid label provided by us). If you require or requesting a self-return option (a carrier or service of your choice) you will pay the cost charged by the carrier selected and not be reimbursable. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages through a self-return option. Carrier to return with tracking number is suggested for your personal record.
