Joe", which are produced by Hasbro, is reborn as a new figure line which mixes the design with Kotobukiya's Bishoujo figures. This time they are using a character and the color of the Cobra Command which aims to overthrow the heroes. Release 1 is agent "Scarlett", a member of the special forces G.I. Joe Team which is made up of experts from around the world. Shunya Yamashita provided the new concept art especially for the creation of the this figure.
